[graph-tool] Graphtool segfaulted

1 . Boost version : dev-libs/boost-1.52.0-r6 
2 . I just directly did ./configure make install
3. import graph_tool
   g = graph_tool.Graph() # <== Works fine

I did attached config.log and config.status , in separated email, not sure 
why it didn't show up here.
