[graph-tool] Anaconda boost and ubuntu

Hi Philipp,

Have you tried done the importing without Anaconda?

Open a terminal, write python (and/or python3, depends on the python
version you use), enter and write the importing "from graph_tool.all import
*".

Does give you the same error?

I am no expert, but I hope this gives you some light.
